Miguel J. Carballido

PhD candidate in the field of quantum science and technology at the University of Basel. Currently working on Ge/Si nanowire spin-qubits as building blocks for a solid state quantum computer.

Skills in nanofabrication, quantum dot measurements at low temperature (DC-transport, Lock-in, RF-reflectometry), Raman Spectroscopy, as well as basic coding skills in various languages including Java and Python.

Additionally holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused on thermal transport in nano-structures from the University of Basel.
