For a pleasant stay, book one of our selected hotels with special rates and conditions. To provide you with an ideal transfer from the city of Basel to the event, we offer a shuttle service.

For your accommodation, there are already reserved hotel rooms available. They can be requested from the hotels listed below. Please use the booking keyword "QuantumSymposium2023" in your mail request. All three hotels have an excellent location. Two hotels are in the city center near the Rhine River and one is close to the main train station – we already wish you a nice stay.

To provide a pleasant transfer, we offer a shuttle service directly from the hotels. This Service runs during both days of the event. You will be transported in a short drive of about 25 minutes from the city center directly to the entrance of the event location.

Morning shuttles will depart from each of our selected hotels at:
Mon 7.30 a.m.
Tue 8.00 a.m.
We kindly ask you to be on time so that the shuttle can leave at the right time.

All departure times of the evening shuttles will be announced during the conference. It is planned that the shuttles will leave every 30 minutes after the event.
